Sex Wrongdoers Challenge Church Volunteer Ban
Capital of Georgia Five sex wrongdoers filed a case Tuesday arrogating that a tough new Empire State of the South law that bans them from offerring at churches as well robs them of their right to take part in religious worship.
The case, filed in U.S. District Court in Roma, claims the Peach State law efficaciously “criminalizes fundamental religious activeness” for sex wrongdoers and parallel bars them from portion as a consort member, secretarial assistant, accountant or any early role with a religious organisation.
